I wake up at 5:45, have about six cups of coffee until lunch at noon. Real healthy like. Occasionally I bring oatmeal to work and eat that.

Whatever my coworkers manage to bring as well as a cup of coffee and maybe a dessert pastry...
Oh, and a teaspoon of pure powdered caffeine.

I like sleep too much to wake up and get breakfast during the work week, but on the weekend I'm usually cooking up a nice fat breakfast burrito and then slipping into a food coma until noon.

If I'm at work, I'll typically have a granola bar with either tea or plain old water. I'm not a coffee person.

3 or 4 Toasts with butter/jelly + Latte
I am really proud of the excellent Latte I make on my espresso machine. Takes up 3 minutes of my morning, but it's worth it. Brightens up the rest of the day.

Did you ever consider that your breakfast items and your crippling nausea might be related?
I actually used to eat like this on a daily basis and then stopped because I was scared shitless. I worked as a project manager for a fly-by-night ecommerce shop and there was endless coffee, junk food and whatever else we could grab quickly. It was the Monsters that did it. I was putting back 3 cans a day, and then my heart would start racing, so I just stopped drinking them all together. Who knows what other damage I may have done living off of that stuff for 3 years straight.
I'm not some whole grain, organic produce convert by any stretch, but any time I am tempted to have Mt. Dew and Ring Dings for lunch I slap myself.

Nope. I've had it since I was about 6 or 7. Learned to live with it.

One cup of coffee, then Cheerios, my favorite cereal, with Silk milk, no sugar. I've loved Cheerios ever since they were finger food as a toddler.

Nah, 7:30 is too early for scotch. That's more of a mid-morning thing.

today I took leftover rice and put it in a little frying pan made for frying a single egg. its the lonliest kitchen tool I have ever seen.
cooked the rice up a bit then added chives and a egg and mixed it up a bit.
It formed into this little patty and I put it on a hamburger bun with sricha soy sauce and ketchup.
IT WAS FREAKING AMAZING! It tasted sorta like sushi for some reason. I want to add some shrimp ans scallions one and start a TV cooking show and spend all my money on helicopters and porsches.
